Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases and enquiries made through MyMudFlaps.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Custom-Made Products

MyMudFlaps.com specialises in custom-made and personalised mudflaps. Products may be manufactured to dimensions, quantities, colours, wording, logos, artwork and other specifications supplied or approved by the customer.

Because our products are made specifically for each customer, it is important that all information supplied to us is accurate before the design is approved.

2. Measurements and Specifications

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements and specifications submitted with an order are correct and suitable for their intended application.

Where a product is manufactured correctly according to measurements or specifications supplied or approved by the customer, we cannot accept responsibility for the product being unsuitable due to incorrect measurements or information supplied by the customer.

If you are unsure about the measurements required, please contact us before approving your order.

3. Artwork and Design Proofs

Where applicable, we will prepare an artwork proof based on the information, logos, images and instructions supplied by the customer.

The customer is responsible for carefully checking the proof, including:

• wording and spelling;

• logos and artwork;

• colours and general layout;

• dimensions and quantities; and

• any other relevant design details.

Production will not begin until the final artwork has been approved and payment has been received.

Approval of an artwork proof confirms that the customer is satisfied with the design and authorises us to manufacture the product using that approved design.

Minor differences may occur between colours displayed on a screen and the appearance of the finished printed product.

4. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Logos

By supplying us with a logo, photograph, design, trademark, wording or other material, the customer confirms that they have the necessary permission or rights to use that material and to authorise us to reproduce it for their order.

The customer is responsible for any claims arising from materials they supply without the necessary permission or rights.

We reserve the right to refuse artwork or content that we reasonably consider unlawful, infringing or otherwise inappropriate for production.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on MyMudFlaps.com are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Applicable VAT, delivery charges and other charges will be shown before payment where applicable.

For custom orders submitted through our artwork-proof process, no payment is taken when the initial design request is submitted.

Once the design has been approved, the customer will be provided with a secure payment link.

Production begins only after the final artwork has been approved and payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

6. Production Times

As our products are custom-made, production times may vary depending on order quantity, design requirements and current production workload.

Any production or delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete orders promptly and will contact customers where we become aware of a significant delay.

7. Delivery

Delivery charges and applicable delivery information are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays experienced by couriers or other delivery providers.

8. Changes After Approval

Customers should contact us immediately if they need to change an order after approving their artwork.

Once production has begun, it may not be possible to change or cancel an order.

Where a requested change can still be accommodated, additional design, material, production or delivery costs may apply.

9. Returns, Cancellations and Custom Products

Because personalised and custom-made products are manufactured specifically to the customer's requirements, the normal right to cancel or return goods simply because the customer has changed their mind may not apply to personalised or custom-made products, subject to applicable consumer law.

This does not affect a customer's statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

10. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you believe that your order is faulty, damaged or has been manufactured differently from the approved design or agreed specifications, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly manufactured by us, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

11. Trade and Volume Orders

Trade, fleet, manufacturer, dealer and other volume orders may be subject to separately agreed pricing, payment terms, production schedules and delivery arrangements.

Where separate terms are agreed in writing for a trade order, those agreed terms will apply to that order to the extent that they differ from these Terms of Service.

12. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on MyMudFlaps.com is accurate and up to date.

Product images are intended to illustrate our products and previous work. As products are customised, the appearance of an individual customer's finished product will depend on their selected dimensions, artwork and specifications.

We may update website content, pricing, product options and these Terms of Service from time to time.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information, measurements, artwork or specifications supplied or approved by the customer, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit or exclude any rights that consumers have under Irish or European Union consumer protection law.

Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory consumer right, the applicable consumer law will take precedence.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Consumers may also have rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence.
