Shipping Policy

At MyMudFlaps.com, our mudflaps are custom-made to each customer's requirements. Production begins once your artwork proof has been approved and payment has been received.

Order Processing & Production

After submitting your order details and artwork, we will prepare an artwork proof for your approval.

Once you have approved the final design and payment has been received, your order will enter production.

As our products are custom-made, production times can vary depending on order size, design requirements and current workload. We will aim to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Delivery Within Ireland

Standard delivery within Ireland is charged at €11 per order.

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched to the delivery address provided when placing your order.

Delivery times quoted by the courier begin from the date of dispatch and do not include the time required to manufacture your custom mudflaps.

International Delivery

We can ship orders outside Ireland. International shipping is charged at €17 per order where this shipping option is available at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

If an order is returned to us because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order has been damaged during delivery, or you believe items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where applicable.

We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
